2.4 northeast and Inner Mongolia
this region is located in the temperate climate zone of China, including Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning and Inner Mongolia. This area has a long growth cycle, and is an important area for developing fast-growing and high-yield forest bases in northern China. Tree species include poplar, birch, pine, etc
2.4.1 the pulp and paper raw material forest base in Northeast China has a new development.
Jiamusi Paper Group Co., Ltd. has built a pulp and paper forest base of 66700 hectares on the basis of nearly 700000 cubic meters of coniferous wood accumulation in its own forest farm
Heilong Co., Ltd. has signed an agreement on the construction of pulp forest base with 66700 hectares with cities, counties and districts around the urban area, and entrusted Heilongjiang Forestry Survey and Design Institute to prepare the "feasibility study report on the construction of raw material forest base for paper industry", which has gradually entered the implementation stage
in the 10 hectare nursery of Jincheng Paper Company, 300000 one person tall American giant poplar seedlings were successfully planted. At the same time, Jincheng Paper Company signed a contract with American Sano company to jointly build a 16700 hectare raw material forest base, which marks the preliminary achievement of Jincheng Paper Company in realizing the adjustment of raw material structure. During the Tenth Five Year Plan period, golden paper group plans to build a project with an annual output of 100000 tons of micro coated printing paper and 70000 tons of poplar APMP pulp and its supporting 46700 hectares of fast-growing poplar paper forest base, which has been included in the national "two high and one excellent" guiding plan
in order to alleviate the shortage of papermaking materials for enterprises, Yalu River Paper Co., Ltd. has built a fast-growing poplar nursery with an area of 66.7 hectares in recent two years, in cooperation with the implementation of the national natural forest protection project. In 2001, Yalujiang paper mill cooperated with Shanxi Mingguang agricultural Co., Ltd. to establish Dandong Tailin Co., Ltd. and built 23.7 hectares of "Tianyan 2025" fast-growing poplar seedlings. After more than a year of careful cultivation, these seedlings have grown to 5 ~ 6 meters high, with a maximum DBH of 5.7 cm
2.4.2 paper forest base can be built in Inner Mongolia.
Inner Mongolia Pangu group will build two oases in Bayannur League. One is the loop. Because of the unique irrigation of the Yellow River, it can create artificial oases in desert and semi desert areas; One is the south of Ulan Buh and Bameng. Due to the Yellow River water and abundant underground water sources, it can also create an artificial oasis. The two regions are rich in poplar resources, and can build a forest paper integration project with an annual output of 200000 tons of coated white cardboard, with a total investment of more than 2.1 billion yuan, including 91700 hectares of base forest, with an investment of about 463 million yuan
through the implementation of forest paper integration, Zalantun Fulun paper company continues to show you the technology you need to know before using the metallographic polishing machine to expand the scale of the enterprise, so that the annual output of paper and paperboard can reach 300000 tons. Relying on the existing 1.06 million hectares of forest resources, it will complete the construction goal of afforestation of 66700 hectares of fast-growing forest base by 2007
2.5 key areas in Western China
are located in the inland arid and semi-arid climate zone in Western China to the subtropical zone (from north to South), including Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Xinjiang, Ningxia, Gansu, Shaanxi and other provinces in Western China. According to the conditions of different regions, raw material forest bases such as Pinus massoniana, Pinus Simao, Pinus yunnanensis, eucalyptus and poplar will be built
2.5.1 Ningxia Meili Paper forest base construction has made important progress
Meili Paper Company plans to invest 4.16 billion yuan in five years to build 33300 hectares of fast-growing paper forest and build a production line with an annual output of 300000 tons of pulp and 410000 tons of high-grade printing paper. In order to make the paper forest base develop rapidly, Meili Paper launched a spring afforestation and seedling raising conference in 2001, and 13300 hectares of fast-growing forest are currently planted along the edge of the Tengger Desert, After two years of careful tending and scientific management, the survival rate is more than 85%, and the seedlings are growing well. At the same time, 1560 hectares of demonstration forest and 246.67 hectares of seedlings were built. After one year of tending and management, all kinds of seedlings grew well, and the survival rate was more than 85%. In 2002, the company also formulated a plan to create 13300 hectares of fast-growing forests, covering 6 counties in 3 provinces (autonomous regions) of Ningxia, Inner Mongolia and Gansu, and the work is progressing smoothly. The fast-growing forest bases of Ningxia Shahu, new oasis science and technology development company and bizhou Forestry Development Co., Ltd. are also developing rapidly
2.5.2 Xinjiang Karamay region has a lot of developed land for afforestation
Xinjiang Junggar ecological engineering company has 26600 hectares of paper-making forest in Karamay region. It takes intensive management measures to strengthen forest management. It is expected that in five years, the annual timber output will be 400000 cubic meters, radiating the surrounding areas, it can provide 1million cubic meters of pulp and paper resources, and can build an annual output of 300000 tons of APMP pulp project. According to the survey, there are more than 133300 hectares of land that can be developed in Karamay
2.5.3 there will be great development of paper-making fast-growing and high-yield forests in Simao, Yunnan Province
in 2002, the production area of fast-growing and high-yield forests in Jinggu County, Yunnan Province exceeded 6700 hectares, which ensured the pulp and wood for paper-making of Yunjing Forest Paper Co., Ltd., and the pulp output of the company increased significantly, showing a good development momentum. Yunjing forestry development company, which specializes in building paper raw material forests for Yunjing company, was established in 1998. It plans to invest 350million yuan to complete 66700 hectares of paper forest base in 10 years. Over the past five years, 25000 hectares of Simao Pine and Eucalyptus have been planted in total. In 2002, 8000 hectares were planted, breaking the annual afforestation threshold of 6700 hectares for the first time. In order to shorten the paper cycle, the tree species structure was adjusted in 2001, with an investment of more than 3 million yuan, the Eucalyptus Group factory was established, and technology and equipment were introduced from Guangdong. The project construction is composed of gene tissue culture factory, cutting seedling greenhouse, matrix room and other departments. In 2002, 1.1 million eucalyptus seedlings were cultivated and 353.3 hectares were planted. As the company adopts the mode of "company + base + farmers", it provides seedlings to farmers free of charge, with an investment of 400 yuan per mu. Five years later, the company will uniformly harvest the forest as paper raw material, and then return the cost to farmers. Therefore, farmers' enthusiasm for planting trees has been mobilized
following the signing of the forest pulp paper integration project between Simao region of Yunnan Province and Indonesia's golden light group on September 28, 2002, golden light group again signed a supplementary Forest Pulp paper integration project agreement with Simao region in 2003. The construction of fast-growing and high-yield forest base of the project is expanded from 400000 hectares to 666700 hectares, the annual output of chemical wood pulp is expanded from 600000 tons to 1.2 million tons, and the annual output of 500000 tons of high-end cultural paper is generally carried out to the purpose of breaking and stopping, with a total investment of 2.5 billion US dollars. At present, Jinguang group has established Simao jinlancang high-yield forest Co., Ltd. in Lancang County, Simao Prefecture. This year, it plans to plant 6700 hectares of fast-growing high-yield forests in six townships of the county. Jinguang group plans to take the industrialization road of sustainable development of forest resources from seedling raising, afforestation, pulping and papermaking, and paper products processing. As a result, enterprises that comply with the law cannot survive. Recently, an agreement on the operation of fast-growing and high-yield forests was signed with Wenshan Prefecture to invest in the construction of a chemical pulp plant with an annual output of 600 ~ 1.2 million tons and a paper plant with an annual output of 500000 tons. In order to achieve sustainable development, app will also build a 200000 hectare high-yield forest base and a 166700 hectare reforestation base in Wenshan Prefecture. The Yunnan provincial government attaches great importance to the introduction and implementation of the project.
